Shipping
You must make sure your information is correct before the purchase is made. by you. If the order has been purchased and not shipped, then immediately send us a message and we will modify the order. If the order has been shipped and needs to be redirected, then extra fees will apply.

Pick up is available Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm at 4415 76 Ave NW, Edmonton AB. We do not have a retail location. All orders must be made online or via phone. (780-465-4730)
Payment
You must contact us before the order is purchased by you. If the order has been purchased and not shipped, then immediately send us a message and we will modify the
order.
If the order has not been shipped, then immediately send us a message and we will cancel the order. If the order has been shipped and you still want to cancel or return the order, then you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy, if you get prior authorization from us and return the original part in its original condition. (it cannot have been installed or taken apart). The return shipping must be prepaid, and you will only get a refund for the part and not the shipping.
LWe offer a 30-day warranty. Send us a message with a description of what is wrong. In most cases, Users will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or provide professional diagnosis with documentation and/or to ship the defective products back to us. Determination of defect is at the sole discretion of allwestparts.com.
